Ellis focusing on the state of the city today versus that four years ago. Industrial land ran out early on, leading to the decision to purchase more future industrial land. He points out that the city has a low unemployment rate relative to much of Ontario, and mentioned that Loyalist has played a key role in that.  The lack of land has chased away some potential new industries. moving to his close now - sees the youth here with their tech knowledge as key to future.
